Order and use – in just twelve weeks
When you order an Olokoto, production starts in our factory. You will be continuously informed about the steps of the process, from the beginning to the handing over of the keys. Thanks to its easy mobility, the Olokoto can also always be resold or relocated if circumstances change.
We will help you if you ever want to move your Olokoto.
1 Background work
Olokoto usually requires a building permit, which the buyer must obtain. If necessary, we can help you at this stage.
2 Design
Olokoto is available to the private customer in two basic models: the Classic and the Stealth. For business customers, there are more options: we offer complete modular solutions, for example as a two-storey building if required. In our basic models, you can choose the floor plan as a mirror image.
We will help you to make the right choices so that you are sure to get the product you want. The design phase is also where we decide on the style, details and technical solutions.
3 Plot preparations
The client is responsible for the ground and foundation works. We can assist you with finding the right partners for your project.
4 Manifacturing and delivery
Olokoto is manufactured in our own factory in Oulu. Our partner delivers the Olokoto ready for use at the designated place. Step in and enjoy!
Get an Olokoto with leasing
Leasing from 649€/month
Companies can lease an Olokoto. In this case, you don’t need to tie up capital for the purchase, but you get the Olokoto for a convenient monthly fee.
Maintenance contract
With a maintenance contract, you don’t need to worry about maintaining your Olokoto. Regular inspections include servicing the air conditioner, replacing the filter in the air-heating pump, checking the condition of the drains and seals. All other items requiring maintenance are also checked.
