Stealth window style, as the name suggests, has a mirrored glass fade. Your Olokoto blends into its surroundings almost invisibly.
Windows can be fitted with a bird impact shield, but mirrored glass poses no more threat to birds than mirrored standard glass.

The eaves are thought to protect the wall from the weather, but this is only a small part of the truth. Solid wood walls can withstand weather stress, as evidenced by wooden buildings hundreds of years old, even if they are tall.
There are no eaves in the Olokoto, but water is diverted to the rainwater system via downpipes seamlessly integrated into the roofing material. The glass roofs are always special products of Finnglass Oy, a Finnish company.
The roof of the Olokoto modules was internationally design-protected in 2015. Olokoto’s roofing solution is unique and innovative: we manufacture the roofs with the patented Finnish Elaproof roof coating, which has been developed to withstand extreme conditions.
Olokoto’s roof can be a pent roof or a hidden gable roof with a pitch of only 1%. The Elaproof coating makes this possible.
The elastic coating resists both sunshine and shrinkage of materials caused by freezing and ice, as well as mechanical ice pressure. When connected to glass, the roof coating is fracture resistant, meaning that the glass breaks rather than the coating coming off the glass.
We always fit rainwater downpipes with a trace heating system, allowing water to flow from the roof when the glass heating is switched on.

The shower drain is either a Stealth special model with an accoya wood cover manufactured by Vieser or a linear drain.
The shower has glass shower screens. Showers and taps are top-quality products from Damixa, Denmark. The toilet seat is integrated into the structure.
The HAVU interior design style is a tribute to Finnish wood. Walls, floors, and ceilings in natural wood create a warm atmosphere. The materials form a strong connection with nature. The black kitchen and fixed furniture create a contrast. Black details are repeated in the bathroom. The taps are also black.
In the PIKI interior style, black translucent-coated walls with black furniture create an intimate, nest-like, and luxuriously elegant space, highlighting the nature behind the windows. The PIKI style offers a choice of either black or copper shower and tap fittings and other toilet details.
The LUMI interior design style exudes Scandinavian clarity and lightness. The light-coloured wood finish on both floors and walls prevents the wood from darkening and gives the interior a spacious feel. White kitchen furniture is available in matt or high gloss. Chrome-coloured taps accentuate the freshness of the light-coloured space. The colour scheme in the bathroom is also light.
