Aesthetic modularity

We take into account your wishes and needs in an aesthetically beautiful way. A well-designed concept allows for a wide range of implementations without compromise.  Our interior designers’ solutions are functional and eye-catching in their beauty.

From a space as small as 12.5m2 to a 100 m2 townhouse, our designers have created a concept tailored to your needs. The roof solution can be a concealed gable roof, a broken gable roof, a gable roof, or a pent roof. In multi-module assemblies, the roof covers the whole as desired.

The Olokoto module can be purchased unfurnished or fully equipped with all the components needed for living or staying, such as hallway cabinets, air-source heat pump, air conditioning, toilet, shower and kitchen.

CONSTRUCTION FROM MODULES

  • The length of the module can be freely increased by 1-3 metres.
  • Modules can be connected, or placed on top of each other and side by side.
  • The height of the module is 3050 mm.
  • Combinations must take into account fire regulations and other official regulations, as well as HVAC solutions.
  • The Olokoto module can be purchased without equipment or fully equipped.
  • Window orientations and patterns can be changed.
  • The position of the entrance door (Kaskipuu) can be changed and a sliding glass wall (Profin) can also be used for openings.
  • Choose a wall solution between a 200mm solid wood CLT wall or a sandwich-constructed CLT-Ekovilla solution.
  • Modules can be easily interconnected.
  • The roof solution can be a gable roof covering all modules or a pent roof.
  • The roofing material for the individual modules is the patented Finnish Elaproof roof coating.
  • Foundation: spiral pile, driven pile, foundation pillars, plinth with openings, and automatic foundation.

Olokoto is delivered ready for use

The Olokotos are assembled by hand in our Oulu factory from carefully prefabricated components. This eliminates potential problems caused by outdoor construction, such as freezing, rain, dust, or dirt in the building environment and the resulting disturbance to the surrounding area.
