High-quality accommodation solution
Cutting-edge materials for a cutting-edge experience
Olokoto is always built of the best Finnish log that has been allowed to grow slowly, surrounded by clean nature. Non-settling log is an ecologically sustainable building material as during its life, the tree has sequestered more carbon dioxide and carbon than it releases at the end of the life cycle.
Thanks to its long life cycle, Olokoto’s total cost of ownership is low. The calculated life cycle of the log frame is tens – in optimal conditions even hundreds – of years.
Olokoto is designed in Finland and 100% made in Finland.

“The villas had truly spectacular views and even the kids said that this was the best hotel ever”
– Client, Seaside Glass Villas

Less is more
Scandinavian minimalism
Olokoto’s floor plan is based on the ancient dimensions 2:1. The classic dimensions are familiar to many from the Japanese tatami dimensions or basic Lego bricks, for instance. The dimensions make it possible to expand Olokoto later on.
Despite its compact size, Olokoto is highly functional and built without skirtings and other aesthetically unpleasant details. Olokoto features carefully considered technical details, such as a hydraulic foundation, electric systems, electric heating, ventilation and plumbing systems. We only use high-quality products provided by trusted partners.
How Olokoto is made
Traditional, yet modern
Olokoto is made of non-settling log. It is produced in a closely monitored industrial environment under strict quality assurance systems. Serial production guarantees uniform quality and competitive pricing.
Thanks to automated production chains, careful quality control and fine-tuned processes, you can rest assured that your product is of extremely high quality.

“The view to the sky opens up a direction we have forgotten. It is a window to infinity, just like the horizon at the sea is infinite.
The opportunity to gaze into infinity is ancient heritage. At its best, looking into infinity can bring serenity into a busy everyday life.”

Stages of purchasing
Order and use – in only ten weeks
When you place your Olokoto order, we start manufacturing it at our factory. You will be constantly informed of the different stages of the process, from the beginning until the keys are handed over. We will also help you if you eventually want to move your Olokoto to a new location.
Choosing the Olokoto model
We sell two Olokoto models to private individuals: Classic and Stealth. In project sales, we also create modular solutions with two floors, for instance. In our basic models, you can choose the handedness or to have the floor plan as a mirror image. We help you with making choices so that you will definitely get the product you are looking for.
Building permit
Olokoto usually needs a building permit that must be obtained by the buyer. We will help you at this stage, too, and can also apply for the building permit on your behalf.
Ready to enjoy
In ten weeks, Olokoto will stand in the place reserved for it. Step in and enjoy!
